U Student Dies

History student Ronald Sean Keller was found dead Nov. 22 in his Fourth Avenue home.

He had apparently shot himself, but the police have not issued an official cause of death, said Annie Nebeker, associate dean of students.

According to Nebeker, Keller’s roommate Mark Dunn found him in their home on Nov. 24. They had been roommates for two years.

“We were good friends, we liked watching football together,” Dunn said. “He really liked the Denver Broncos.”

Keller was a senior, and came to Utah from Denver, Colo. He liked to hunt and get together with friends, and he served a Latter-day Saints mission to the Canary Islands, Dunn said.

Keller’s funeral was held on Nov. 29, and he was buried in Rifle, Colorado. His family was unreachable for comment.
