OUR_Ep.91_ABC 4 News Anchor_Randall Carlisle

Quarterbacks John Beck has been a big improvement over last year when he was either fumbling or overthrowing every down. He still has his rough moments, such as the three terrible passes he threw in the red zone that could have won the UNLV game. He has definitely benefited from an improved receiving corps.

On episode 91, your hosts are joined right off the bat by legendary news anchor, Randall Carlisle. An anchor at ABC4 Utah, Carlisle gives some extremely valuable insight into how to break your way into journalism and local news. He begins at age 13 and tells us about his start at a radio station in Ohio and how he got from there to where he is now! The three talk work ethic and sacrifice. His stories are not only full of advice but hilarious as well. Keep your eyes peeled for when he’s coming on next! He teases some stories that he’ll share on his return- including how he was the first person to break news of Jim Morrison’s death and much more!
Afterwards, Sascha touches on some OUR business and the two discuss recent events in studio.
