Morgan Warburton may have hit the game winning shot in Utah's 56-55 win in the semifinals of the MWC tournament, but it was the efforts of two bench players that gave her that opportunity. Josi McDermott and Sasha McKinnon came off the bench to supply a pair of timely 3-pointers for the Utes.

The Utah women's basketball team followed the men's example as Morgan Warburton hit a game winning shot with two seconds remaining, giving the U women's basketball team a 56-55 win over the New Mexico Lobos and a place in the Mountain West Conference tournament finals.

Another year gone by, another Mountain West Conference Player of the Year for the Utes. After a terrific senior season in which she helped lead the Utes to a second straight conference title, Morgan Warburton received the honor Monday.
