Many smokers might want to quit. However, many others have no desire to quit; I personally know such smokers. Thus, it's not fair to call a tax increase a "sin tax," or even a "stupid tax." An appropriate name could be "you are causing health care costs to increase, so you should be the one to pay for it-tax."
