Editor’s Note: The Pulse

By Trevor Hale, Kyle Stegerwald

he second issue was harder than the first. You’d think it would be the other way around, but that’s not the case. This issue we had more time to prepare, more writers, more designers and more help all around, but all that didn’t make it any easier because we also had one big thing that we didn’t have the first time. Last time we had a clean slate. This time we had expectations. With the second issue of Red Pulse Magazine we tried hard to not only live up to, but also exceed the expectations you had after reading the first.

This is a magazine for anyone attending the U, and we hope it becomes something that you actively look forward to week in and week out. In order to do that, we’ll need you to help us make it the best it can be, so we want to hear from you. We want your thoughts, your criticism, your hate mail, your love letters and anything else that you feel we should know. Feel free to send us as much as you like (or post anonymously on the Internet), because come fall when we move back to a weekly publication, we’re going to have a lot of space to fill.
