Cutting Board Chronicles Ep. 2 – Personal Pizzas

Cutting Board Chronicles Ep. 2 - Personal Pizzas

Recipe:

1 lb of Pizza Dough (store bought)
Pizza sauce
Pepperoni
Sausage
Cheddar cheese
Mozzarella cheese
1 Green bell pepper
Black olives
Shiitake mushrooms
Olive oil
Garlic salt
Italian seasoning
Preheat oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit
Cut pizza dough into 4 sections. This will make 4, 5 inch pizzas. Knead each section with fingers and roll out with a rolling pin if necessary. Make sure to put flower down on the cutting board before your start this process, so that your dough does not stick to the board. You can also use parchment paper if you prefer.
Spoon a few tablespoons of sauce onto pizza and spread out evenly with the back of spoons. Add a mixture of cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Then, pile on toppings of your choice.
Brush the crust of the pizza with olive oil, then season with Garlic Salt. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the entire pizza.
Baking:
Oil baking sheet with 1 tsp of olive oil. Bake the pizzas two at a time. Total cooking time will be 10-15 minutes at 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Make sure to rotate the pizzas 5 minutes into baking for even cooking.
Remove pizza from oven, let cool until you’re able to handle it. Slice and serve. Optional: slice into strips and heat up leftover pizza sauce to use as a dip. Enjoy!
