SALT LAKE CITY?Former chief financial officer of Zions Bank, Dale Moroni Gibbons, paid doormen to allow his 15-year old daughter into two Salt Lake City nightclubs, where he bought her at least 10 vodka cocktails, prosecutors contend in a court document.
The document filed Wednesday also alleges Gibbons watched on several occasions as the girl used the drugs ecstasy and ketamine and inhaled laughing gas.
The allegations were filed in response to a defense request for a more complete basis for the charge of child endangerment and dealing harmful material to a minor. Gibbons also is charged with methamphetamine possession.
