This university is privileged to be one of only eight institutions in the country that has a golf course on campus.
It’s one of the few programs on campus that generates positive cash flow through greens fees and supports other departments like Exercise and Sports Science and Continuing Education Lifelong Learning and Youth Education.
Everyone can enjoy golf regardless of age, income level or ability level. Future alums, students and alumni can play at the U because it’s not an exclusionary country club.
School-age students who might never come to campus can learn golf here and may later decide to attend the U because of their positive experience.
It doesn’t take a business major to figure out that positive cash flow and use by all ages is a good thing. The golf course is just the place for solace and adventure, for growth and reflection and a place to get away from the daily grind and stress.
