A man was detained in Orson Spencer Hall after allegedly exposing himself repeatedly while in a state of sexual arousal. U Police were called, but the man was released after the complainant asked for time to think about whether or not to press charges.
SUPERVISOR ASKS EMPLOYEE TO STAY, KIND OFA U employee called police and reported he had been assaulted by his supervisor. The employee claimed the supervisor had assaulted him after he turned in his notice of resignation. The complainant asked that the incident simply be documented and declined to press charges.
RUDE AWAKENING FOR SLEEPING BEAUTIESA man and woman were found sleeping on the grass near Pioneer Memorial Theater. After running checks on the two, police discovered the man had an outstanding felony warrant for his arrest. Both the man and the woman fled upon hearing the news. Police used pepper spray and an ASP to subdue the man. He was booked into jail for resisting arrest, having an outstanding warrant and carrying a concealed weapon.
NO MORE DADDY DAY CARE FOR UA man threatened suicide after police were called to investigate a disturbance. The man’s wife had left with their 3-year-old daughter after the child told her the father had inappropriately touched her and hurt her. The girl later said she made it up. The child was examined at Primary Children’s Medical Center, where no evidence of trauma could be found.
