Former U.S. President Bill Clinton spoke to a roaring crowd of more than 1,200 supporters in the Union Ballroom. Clinton was in town to raise money for his wife’s presidential campaign. He told the crowd that Sen. Hillary Clinton is the best-suited candidate to repair America’s standing in the world and repair the partisan divide in Congress. Clinton’s visit to Utah was estimated to raise more than $340,000 for the campaign.
