I am a U alumnus. I was so upset by Switzer’s comments and FOX’s handling of the broadcast (let’s listen to 45 seconds of John Parker Wilson’s family history even though he didn’t do diddly-squat while Brian Johnson threw three touchdowns, and they manage to say nothing more than he is the Ute quarterback) that I wanted to write both Switzer and FOX.

It was ridiculous and insulting and I think we should speak out about it.

“Alabama wouldn’t even recruit any of the players on the Utah football team…” Switzer is an idiot and owes us all, but mostly the players, an apology.
