I wanted to let all of my friends at BYU know how proud I am of Max Hall. Like Glenn Beck, who is no doubt an example for young Max, BYU’s man of the hour exemplifies historic virtues of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints of love, kindness, tolerance and softspokenness. He is a credit to his institution and his faith. No doubt he’ll have a program on KSL one of these days, alongside Sean Hannity. Now there’s a lineup from heaven!
May I suggest that BYU invite the eloquent young Max to give a devotional some time soon? Jesus’ statement “He who is angry with his brother is in danger of the judgment” has always impressed me. If it’s not presumptuous to make a further suggestion, I think Max should win his audience off the bat with a little self-deprecating humor, which in Max’s case should be a piece of cake.
