I wanted to be a storm chaser and would draw myself in tornadoes, all thanks to the movie “Twister.” I also thought I would marry a prince and we would live in a castle. I basically wanted to be a storm-chasing princess. So much for damsels in distress.

My one and only dream was to go “Super Saiyan” and marry Goku from “Dragon Ball Z.” My brother would lovingly lock me inside a chest and tell me to concentrate really hard, and I would transform. I think it worked. Kamehameha.
