[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_column_text]Being a college student is practically a full-time job. And how do we spend most of our time in-class (in our very expensive classes)? Probably on our computers or cell phones (I’m typing this in my marketing class as we speak (but still listening, promise)). Following our Probs Series, here are some class specific problems that we, as students, face every day.
–Being half asleep in your 7:30 A.M. classes. Oh wait, am I entirely asleep? Noooo, that’s not drool on my desk…
–When participation is worth 25% of your grade and you are cripplingly antisocial, or just didn’t do the reading
–Cold calls. Everyone knows we’re all on Facebook. “Let’s see who we can catch off guard the most” say half of the professors at the U
–That awkward halfway point in 3 hour classes where you’re about ready to inhale a three-course meal
–Eating an apple, chips, or anything loud and crunchy in the middle of a lecture
–When someone is sitting in the seat you’ve been sitting in for the past 6 weeks. Yes, we know there aren’t assigned seats, but that’s MY seat
–The incessant know-it-all in every class that cuts off other students just to hear their own voice (I’m looking at you, dude in my marketing class)
–Class friends versus actual friends: the awkward differentiation
With all these probs, it’s a wonder how we make it to our classes (almost) every day!
