Satire: Young unveils new evacuation plans

U officials have been working round the clock and have finally devised a new system to help keep things more organized in the event that a future disaster prompts another evacuation. Next month, every building on campus will be equipped with civil defense sirens, and the basements of each will be dug out and converted into bomb shelters.

Observe and Report’ heads down a dark path

In "Observe and Report," Hill teams up with another Hollywood heavyweight8212;Seth Rogen. Both Hill and Rogen have their own distinct style of humor, and by all accounts should have knocked this one out of the park. But though the film has some hilarious moments, Hill leads the story down a dark road that Rogen's range isn't quite ready for.
