Smoke tax would be fine

December 2, 2008

Many smokers might want to quit. However, many others have no desire to quit; I personally know such smokers. Thus, it's not fair to call a tax increase a "sin tax," or even a "stupid tax." ASUU should rethink leadership methods

November 21, 2008

Instead of wasting time, energy and money inventing ideas indiscriminately, or at least haphazardly, ASUU should put more research into legitimate student needs.

The Chronicle has no basis for questioning Young’s allegiance

November 20, 2008

Questioning the administration's efforts to promote good sportsmanship is uncalled for, and evidently, we can all use a lesson on staying classy.

Cell champions are hypocrites

November 20, 2008

I find it interesting that those who keep talking about the rights of a cluster of cells, I mean a fetus, are also those who oppose the rights of two individuals of the same gender to get married!
