Sheely Edwards, Editor-in-Chief
Sheely Edwards is the editor-in-chief of The Daily Utah Chronicle. They joined the Chronicle in July of 2019 as an opinion writer and edited the opinion section from December 2019 to the spring of 2021. Sheely lived in the DMV until they moved to Salt Lake City to study political science and sociology. Their writing focuses on American law, democracy and political economy. When they’re not reading or writing, you can find Sheely ranting about local politics, listening to classical music or filling their drafts with bad tweets (sometimes all at once).
