Editor:
This letter is an invitation for U students to join a class action lawsuit organized by the law firm of Zabraki and Zabraki against former Salt Lake Organizing Committee CEO Mitt Romney.
As many Utahns are aware, a well-publicized report accused Mr. Romney of verbally abusing a SLOC volunteer who was directing traffic.
Since then, several other citizens have come forth, accusing Mr. Romney of similar abuses. They include (among others) a grocer who Romney once accused of “never stocking Cocoa Puffs”; the parent of a child who played soccer with Romney’s son, saying Romney “was always yelling at the refs”; an 80 year-old woman who claims Romney mouthed a profanity when she hit his car in a movie theater parking lot; and a former Boy Scout troop member who said that at age 12, Romney once told an off color joke at summer camp.
If any U students have suffered similar abuses from Mr. Romney, we invite them to join the lawsuit by contacting the law offices of Zabraki and Zabraki.
And remember, even if you’ve seen Romney but haven’t been verbally abused by him, you may still be able to collect a substantial cash award.
