Four U graduate schools ranked top 50 in the nation

The latest issue of U.S. News and World Report ranked four U graduate schools in the top 50 in the nation.

Chemistry, mathematics, medical school research and medical school primary care were all ranked in the top 50. The U had more top-50 ranks than any other university in the state.

The highest rank was given to the school of mathematics, ranked 34th, while the school of chemistry was ranked 35th in the nation.

Medical school research ranked 50th and the medical school primary care was ranked 45th.

The U’s business school and law school were also ranked in the survey but not in the top 50. The law school was ranked 57th and the business school was ranked 63rd.

Other Utah institutions ranked by the magazine were Brigham Young University and Utah State University.

BYU’s business school and law school were both ranked 34th in the nation, while the USU’s education school was ranked 35th.

The U.S. News and World Report uses both opinion and statistical indicators to determine its rankings.
