ASUU announces Kerfuffle lineup

By Michael McFall

Shiny Toy Guns, HelloGoodbye, Augustana and Good Morning Maxfield are coming to the U on April 10 and 11 to perform at the Grand Kerfuffle.

For the first time in the festival’s history, the student body picked the opening band. Good Morning Maxfield was selected after beating four local bands showcased in the Associated Students of the University of Utah’s Battle of the Bands competition in December.

Amanda Mecham, director of ASUU’s Presenter’s Office, said ASUU wanted to maximize satisfaction with the Grand Kerfuffle’s band lineup by letting students vote on the opening band.

The Grand Kerfuffle will be held in the Union Courtyard on Thurs. April 10 and Fri. April 11. at 6 p.m. Tickets are on sale at the Union services desk. Students can receive two tickets for $5.
