Tin Foil Dinner

By Tony Pizza, Staff Writer

What camping trip is complete without this fast and easy favorite? It literally takes 15 minutes at the store and 10 minutes to prepare one of these tasty meals. Then go camping, pop it in the campfire coals and get ready to eat.

Recipe:

Hamburger (as much as you want)
Chopped carrots (as many as you want)
Cubed potatoes (as many as you want)
Ringed Onions (as many as you want)

Add salt and pepper to taste and any spices you want. Put the hamburger in the center of a double layer of tin foil and surround with veggies. Roll it up in a tight ball and you’re ready to go.
For variations try chicken dipped in ranch, ham with pineapple or anything else you like.
