By and July 9, 2003
Editor: Utah's in a drought and Gov. Michael Leavitt has repeatedly asked us not to water our lawns between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., yet when I walked by the Field House yesterday at 2 p.m., the sidewalks were drenched, and all the east side sprinklers were on-same thing in Presidents Circle last week and who knows where else.

For the first time in its history, the group held an election for next year's governing body, in comparison to its previous practice of unanimously selecting a committee of leaders.
