All rational human beings are of the agreement that there are certain sentiments that are completely unacceptable and completely politically incorrect. In fact, in today's world, we are almost hypersensitive to avoiding slurs of any kind. So why are Mormons the exception to the rule? The upcoming 2002 Olympic Winter Games have once again brought this issue to the forefront, not to mention the manner in which the U campus shoves anti-Mormon sentiments down the collective student throat.

SALT LAKE CITY?Steel workers found Olympic clothing floating in the Jordan River on Thursday, alerting police to the recovery of $28,000 worth of stolen goods taken from an Olympic sponsor. The apparel, much of it still wrapped in plastic and considered usable, was being plucked from the river and a service canal.

U Student Dies

History student Ronald Sean Keller was found dead Nov. 22 in his Fourth Avenue home. He had apparently shot himself, but the police have not issued an official cause of death, said Annie Nebeker, associate dean of students.
