Center provides support for brain disorders

Families and patients suffering from neurological disorders can now get help at the U's new Brain Health Learning Center, which provides information and one-on-one counseling for patients with multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer's disease.

Diversity office changes name to promote equality

The U Office of Diversity announced Thursday that it has changed its name to the Office of Equity and Diversity. Octavio Villalpando, associate vice president of the office, said the new name will more accurately reflect the U's growing student and faculty diversity and ensure greater equality in all aspects of campus life.
