Chris Bellamy writes of “cults” and “Masonic rituals” at Texas A&M’s Friday night pre-game yell practice. Let me get this straight. This writer lives in Salt Lake City? Ever hear of Mormons, Chris? Ever investigate the origins of the temple ceremony? Ever heard of washings and anointings? Of robes and garments with secret markings? Of the origins of Utah’s unique practice of executing the condemned by firing squad? From the tone of Chris’ article, one would think this author lives in the American mainstream.
