By and December 5, 2002
Walter Jones is a librarian, not a football fan. In his 20 years of work at the Marriott Library, he has only been to 4 Ute games. But after Ron McBride lost his job, Jones was upset enough to draft a resolution asking for the coach's job back. "To me it is an issue of morality," Jones said.

By and December 4, 2002
Editor: I am responding to Brian Neff's Nov. 27 letter to the editor "Utah Athletic Director Thinks He's King of Hill." Chris Hill is a man of character and caring about others. By and December 4, 2002

By , , , and December 3, 2002
Editor: I'm writing in response to Steve Posovac's Nov. 27 letter to the editor "The Best Years of Utah Football" about Ron McBride. First, to those who wanted to save McBride's job, if you really wanted to help, you should have come to the games this year, last year and the years before that.
