By By Jon Gilbert February 11, 2008
PROVO -- Sometimes a win can leave the victor a bit unsatisfied. On Friday night, that was the case for the U gymnastics team. Utah defeated BYU 196.700-193.925 at the Marriott Center to improve to 5-0 on the season. Despite beating its arch-rival and posting a solid score, Utah knows that a performance riddled with minor mistakes needs evaluating before the team takes to the mats again.

Dicou: TV is just not for me

By By Natalie Dicou February 11, 2008
I have no delusions that I'll someday become the next big ESPN analyst. I'm not the next Bob Costas. I'm not even the next Alema Harrington. I simply want to be a humble newspaper reporter. Yet, somehow I ended up on a TV show Friday, staring into the camera like a deer caught in headlights.

By By Theresa Martinez February 11, 2008
Recent public comments in the local press on the issue of in-state tuition for children of undocumented immigrants and the issue of immigration in general have often been hateful, racist and even violent in their tenor. It is important to dispel some of the myths and unpack some of the rhetoric that these commentators seem to thrive on in their attack on undocumented immigrants and anyone who speaks with compassion for children of undocumented workers and their parents.
