Are you someone who likes to claim you're an O.G.? How about one to always call someone else a poser? Milo Skate and Snowboard Shop has rights to do both. Milo is Utah's original snowboarding shop. It opened in 1984 selling snowboards and windsurfing gear.

Study looks at impact of clouds on climate

U meteorologists are using data retrieved by two new NASA satellites to pin down the effect clouds have on global climate change. The satellites, CloudSat and CALIPSO, were put into orbit a year ago and are releasing detailed information about cloud variation.

Dew Tour gives fans extreme access to extreme athletes

Last weekend thousands of fans, hundreds of athletes and countless cans of highly caffeinated soda converged at the EnergySolutions Arena for the biggest extreme sport event in Utah history. Fans of freestyle motocross, BMX biking and skateboarding came from miles away, even crossing state lines in some cases.

AK-47 is mis-firing

Andrei Kirilenko always seemed so innocent. He isn't covered in tattoos and he spends half his time visiting sick children. Even the small forward's hairdos imply innocence. Kirilenko always seemed like a go-with-the-flow type of guy. His nickname, AK-47, seemed almost tongue-in-cheek.

U golf team gets a chance to stop and enjoy the Valley View U golfer Dustin Pimm and the rest of his team tee off today for the Purple and Red Invitational -- the U's third tournament of the season. The tournament, which will be co-hosted by Utah and Weber State, takes place at the Valley View Golf Course in Layton.

When Susan Sandoval died from ovarian cancer last May, her husband Julio wanted to do something about the "silent killer" that took his wife. "It was something my wife would've wanted to have done -- she wanted to make the public aware of how much of a killer ovarian cancer is," Julio Sandoval said.
