Coming into its fall season, the U's men's soccer team is more organized than ever and looking to make 2009 its most successful year to date.

The women's soccer team (5-2) welcomed the Princeton Tigers (1-2) to Ute Field on Wednesday night and got back to its winning ways.

After picking up its first loss of the season Wednesday night against Weber State, the women's soccer team (4-1) looks to bounce back against another tough opponent. The Utes will host the college of William and Mary (1-1) on Sunday. The game is slated to begin at 1 p.m. at Ute Field.

In front of a large and energetic crowd Wednesday, the No. 21 Utes (4-0) welcomed in-state rival Weber State (2-0) to Ute Field.

The women's soccer team has started off its season off going 2-0, winning its home and road openers. After their impressive start, the Utes received votes in the Top 25 Coaches Poll.

The women's soccer team is off to its best offensive start since the 1996 season. The Utes have been firing on all cylinders, scoring nine goals in their first two games, beating Utah Valley University 6-0 in their home opener and Cal State Fullerton 3-1 on the road.

Utah finished the 2008 season as the conference runner-up in both the regular season and the tournament championship to BYU. The Utes compiled an 11-9-2 record, including a 5-2 effort in league play, with the losses coming to TCU and BYU.
