By By Jed Brinton June 25, 2008
Jim Russell went to his first U football games the old-fashioned way-he sneaked into the stadium. The plan worked until he was 12 years old, when he was caught by the stadium director and dragged out. By By Heather Berg June 25, 2008

By By Kirk Turner June 25, 2008
This Friday through Sunday, Deer Valley Resort will host the fourth stop of the 2008 National Mountain Bike Series. As a professional under-23 mountain bike racer, I've seen a lot of different race courses over the years, but Deer Valley is one of the best.

U athletes honored for academic success

By By Marco Villano June 25, 2008
There might be a reason that in the term student-athlete the word student comes first. With only a very small percentage of collegiate athletes making a living out of their respective sports, the classroom is where the athletes will find their calling. The Spring 2008 Academic all-MWC team was announced on Thursday and 88 athletes from the U were presented with this honor.

Now U researchers have built a suit that will protect soldiers in combat by giving them increased strength and endurance.
