Sam Weller’s leaves the comfort of Main Street

Sam Weller's Zion Bookstore8212;a Main Street staple8212;is moving. However, bibliophiles do not need to start mourning in the streets. The bookstore is NOT closing (thank you, sweet heaven) but is leaving the location it has inhabited for nearly 40 years.

There are so many places that have been closed down and boarded up only to sit around empty for years (like the Zephyr Club). It would be fun8212;and a little bit scary8212;to see what's inside of them now.

Gone but not forgotten

Anyone who doesn't believe that old buildings have a certain atmosphere needs to go stand in front of the old Utah Theatre on Main Street. Look through the dirty windows. You will see a magnificent foyer stretching back nearly the length of a city block. Dusty plaster mouldings adorn the walls while paint peels away from them.
