I resent students being told they have to park elsewhere, often in pay lots, even if they have parking permits.

Those aliens and their children overwhelm Utah's schools, hospitals and prisons. They provide illegal labor that displaces and undercuts jobs for legal Utah citizens.

I for one am tiring of arbitrary, principle-free economic policy and to add the prostitution of bank reputation is sickening, incontinent and tribal.

Deesing states that Utahns are gun-toting, fear-driven imbeciles. I believe I speak for the majority of gun owners in this state, as well as in this country, when I say he is making an ad hominem attack based on his own ignorance and irrational fear of guns.

In his column, ("Gun love fueled by fear," April 22), Jonathan Deesing commented on a quote from President Barack Obama: "When read in the proper context, his quote explains that when people mistrust or have become disillusioned with their government, they turn to guns and religion." Obama's and Deesing's implication is that this is a bad thing. That's why people are offended.
